Gel nail removal is the process of safely taking off your gel polish without damaging your natural nails. It’s done using acetone and gentle techniques to lift the polish after it’s been softened.

The top coat is lightly filed to break the seal.
Nails are soaked in acetone or wrapped with acetone-soaked pads and foil.
After 10–15 minutes, the gel softens and is gently pushed off.
Nails are buffed, shaped, and nourished with cuticle oil.

BIAB Removal

BIAB removal is the process of safely taking off Builder in a Bottle gel without damaging your natural nails. Because BIAB is thicker and stronger than regular gel polish, it requires a bit more time and care to remove properly.

The top layer is lightly filed to break the seal.
Nails are soaked in acetone or wrapped with acetone-soaked pads and foil.
After 15–20 minutes, the BIAB is gently pushed off – never forcefully scraped.
Nails are lightly buffed and nourished with cuticle oil or a strengthening treatment.
